Romantic Behaviours

The day-in-day-out has become our daily routine. We have our own responsibilities outside our home. .. But despite of the exhaustion that we experience from our day-to-day activities we still find time to chit-chat and listen to each other’s points of view. It becomes our therapy to remain our marriage stronger and healthier.

I cherish every act of learning, every conflict resolved, and every act of stretching, opening, and healing when one of us feels down. We overcome discomfort and anxiety, we leave our fears behind and rediscover our God-essence…We express! We Love!

We become more and more comfortable with the process … Our marriage has become a place where all our feelings can be expressed, listened and accepted. Sweet surrender! The journey of our conscious marriage offers the kind of intimacy we always dream of, the restoration of our wholeness and connectedness…

Am so thankful that I got him! ;)

No Worries!

First, I am grateful to God. Without Him deciding to create me, I am nothing, as in NADA. Just remembering this keeps me going. I realize that God is the main reason and source of my life and everything that I do should be for Him. Next, my unending gratitude also goes to my parents for raising me as they did, forming me into what I am now and for sacrificing a whole lot just to give me the best in this life… I am also forever grateful to my dear husband. He is the pillar of my strength and my one true love. I am also thankful to Sam for making me a mom, for humbling me and making me feel more concretely what unconditional love is all about.

In order to be able to achieve and maintain happiness we need to, actively, be able to do two things: Complain and then let go (Dump the baggage, the roadblocks to happiness.) Express Gratitude (The open expression of gratitude promotes happiness.) After all, everyone has something to be grateful for and/or something to complain about. Hmp! But….it’s difficult for me to handle on people who keep complaining every now and then. I wish I can suffice the hardships that everyone is going through. Common! Life is beautiful learn how to appreciate every little thing you can have. Smile away your anxieties. =) CHEER UP!
